Consumer Communication Preferences

Consumers who have previously submitted information through Quote Dynamics marketing campaigns may request to stop receiving communications at any time.

Methods to Opt Out

Consumers may opt out of communications by:

  • Following unsubscribe instructions in email communications
    • Replying STOP to SMS communications
    • Submitting an opt‑out request through the website contact form
    • Sending an email request to compliance@quotedynamics.com

Removal from Marketing Lists

Upon receipt of a valid opt‑out request, Quote Dynamics will remove the consumer’s contact information from active marketing campaigns within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

This removal applies to communications initiated directly by Quote Dynamics.

Third‑Party Agency Communications

Consumers who request insurance quotes may also be contacted directly by licensed insurance agencies.

To stop communications from a specific agency, consumers may need to contact that agency directly.

Quote Dynamics is not responsible for communication practices of independent agencies once lead information has been provided to them.

Compliance With Regulations

Quote Dynamics maintains procedures designed to support compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do‑Not‑Call regulations, and applicable email communication regulations.
